Downloads on this page fall into three categories:

1. PDF files. To read and print PDF files you will need a copy of Adobe Acrobat installed on your system. If you do not have it installed you can install it from the link at the end of the menu on the right. The Acrobat Reader is free to install and safe to use.
2. HTML files. These documents will open in a new window of your browser and are formatted especially for printing directly to your printer. Simply use your Browser's PRINT function and close the window when done.
3. Microsoft Word files. These are full MS Word files that can opened and edited with Word or any compatible word processor. They have been specially formatted to make it easy to complete using a PC rather than manually writing them all out. If you have MS word you should use these versions of the entry forms to ensure a high quality submission. You can print completed entry forms for posting or email them to us.
